After completing the role play session, Poling Center 2026 interviewers and supervisors continued their training with a field test, the stage where all the learning begins to be applied directly in the field.

This is where participants faced real respondents and experienced firsthand the dynamics of the survey process in the field. From introducing themselves, delivering questions neutrally, to handling unexpected situations that are not always encountered in a training room.

The supervisors also went out directly to ensure the process ran according to standards, accompanying interviewers, and helping resolve various challenges that arose during data collection.

The field test is not only about technical practice, but also about building readiness, confidence, and real experience before the actual research assignments begin.
